Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa

This is hands down my favorite hotel. It was my fourth time staying at the Marriott Singer Island, and it’s consistently excellent. I always book the two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, which is spacious, comfortable, and very well set up. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything feels practical and easy, and having a washer and dryer that actually work well is a huge plus—especially on a longer trip. One tip: during busier periods, I recommend scheduling housekeeping in advance. We missed service one day because the hotel was very full. My only real feedback is about the two showers, which seem a bit dated. In the primary bedroom, the mixer/temperature control wasn’t working properly—the water would jump from lukewarm (almost cool) to scalding hot, with no stable “medium” temperature. In the second bedroom, the shower had very low water pressure. Valet parking is expensive, but it’s extremely efficient. If you call ahead before leaving, the car was always ready on time. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, smells amazing, and everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming. I truly can’t wait to stay here again.

My boyfriend & I had such a wonderful stay at this property. I travel often, and this is easily one of the best Marriott locations I have experienced. The level of care & 5 star service from the staff truly made the difference. Shania and Raj were exceptional. They were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Their hospitality did not go unnoticed and is a big reason this hotel stands out. Jan, who assigned the beach chairs & umbrellas for guests, was also very friendly & polite. Overall, 5 stars & would absolutely choose to stay here again!!

The Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was clear, frequent, calm, and genuinely kind - they made the entire wedding planning process easy, flexible, and supportive. On the day of, the venue was absolutely beautiful, the food was fantastic, and the staff was wonderful and attentive, ensuring our wedding day was exactly what we wanted. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with, and we are so grateful to the Marriott for helping make our special day truly unforgettable.

I'm a local. Had family come in town for the 2025 holiday season, and decided to treat them to the Spa here at the Marriott. Alyssa took our inquiry call, and was incredibly professional, thoughtful and attentive. Upon arrival, the Spa is right there at the entrance, and the staff welcomed us right in. The service is on par with some of the nicest country club spas in the area. I may have also had a massage, and Mabel was simply fantastic! High Recommend to those both visiting and who live locally.

My husband, daughter and grandkids had a great time last week. The staff were friendly and helpful, the suite spectacular and well appointed, pools and beach perfect. My one negative comment is that the restrooms by the pools were dirty.

Our stay at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island was absolutely phenomenal. The accommodations were wonderful. The staff was fantastic. Jan was a ray of sunshine each day as we came down to get our beach chairs and umbrella. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and kind. Adale at the Tiki Bar made the best Mai Tais. Jose worked so hard waiting on all the beach-goers but we never once saw him without a huge smile on his face. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail and appetizers each afternoon. The pools were clean and had lots of seating. We cannot wait to come back!

I had an amazing experience checking in thanks to Alexis! From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She made the entire check-in process smooth and effortless, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Alexis also took the time to recommend all the best local spots to eat and visit, which really made my stay even better. Her positive energy and genuine care for guests truly stood out. Marriott is lucky to have someone like Alexis—she made me feel right at home. Excellent service from start to finish!

It had been a while since our last visit to the Marriott Singer Island, and I’m so glad we decided to come back! A few months ago, we had a disappointing experience, slow service and food arriving late. But this time, everything completely changed thanks to our incredible server, Gustavo. Tall, elegant, and truly classy, Gustavo made our evening unforgettable. As wine lovers, we were impressed by his deep knowledge of the wine list he guided us beautifully through the options, whether by the glass or bottle. His patience and professionalism stood out; he never rushed us and made us feel completely at ease. Such a refreshing change from our previous visit! The food was delicious, served right on time, and the service was simply impeccable. Gustavo’s warm smile and genuine passion brought everything together he’s absolutely an asset to the Marriott team. We could’ve stayed there all night enjoying the atmosphere. Five stars for the experience we’ll definitely be back!
